Returns

If there is something wrong with the product you received, or you are not satisfied with it, you have one (1) week from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, please contact us by email admin@criaderaconcepts.com or phone (+65) 6029 3232 within that period with your order details and the reason for the return. Products should be unopened and in their original condition, and proof of purchase may be required.

Refunds

We pride ourselves on serving our customers with the best products. Every product you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with care before it reaches you.

Occasionally, a product you have chosen may be out of stock, or we may identify an issue during our inventory or quality checks. In such cases we may have to cancel your order. We will let you know in advance so that you do not have to worry about your order. If you paid online (not by cash on delivery), you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We carry out a thorough quality check and pack every order with care so that items are not damaged in transit. Please note that Criadera Concepts is not liable for damage caused to items during transit or transportation, except where the product was defective on dispatch.

Once we receive your returned product, we will review it, and if it meets the conditions above, we will proceed to issue a refund. Refunds may take a few days to process; you will be notified once your refund has been made.

Cancellation

Cancellations are only permitted more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date, by contacting us via email or phone.

A surcharge of 3.5% of the final total transacted amount will be charged for all cancellations. No cancellations are permitted on designated delivery days.

Shipping

In the event of a defective product, Criadera Concepts is responsible for return shipping costs, even if the item did not originally shipped free.

For a return initiated by you for any reason other than a defect, you are responsible for return shipping costs, even if the item originally shipped free.

By using our website, registering an account, or making a purchase, you consent to this Return & Refund Policy and agree to its terms.

Changes to This Policy

We may update or amend this Return & Refund Policy from time to time so that it accurately reflects our service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, any changes will be posted on this page.
